4. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added where applicable.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or service non-delivery attributable to Kuvonix.

5. Content Policy

  • Users must not upload or share content that is false, misleading, harmful, abusive, or violates any law.

  • Kuvonix reserves the right to remove or restrict any listings or content that breach our guidelines or damage platform reputation.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Advertisement & Promotion

  • Kuvonix provides the platform on an “as is” basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of listings.

  • Kuvonix and its parent company, Glashiya E-Com Private Limited, are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the site.

9. Termination

  • Kuvonix may suspend or terminate user access if any terms are violated.

  • Users may request account deactivation at any time via official communication channels.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
