Kuvonix (A Unit of Glashiya E-Com Private Limited) provides a platform for users to buy, sell, and promote products and services. To ensure a safe, reliable, and trustworthy marketplace, all users must comply with the following listing guidelines and policies.

1. Eligibility to List

  • Only registered users of Kuvonix Marketplace can create listings.

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and their products.

  • Sellers must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to conduct business.

2. Listing Requirements

All product or service listings must include:

  • Clear title and detailed description of the item or service

  • High-quality images showing the actual product

  • Accurate price, specifications, and availability

  • Contact information or response mechanism for inquiries

3. Prohibited Listings

You may not list items or services that are:

  • Illegal, banned, or counterfeit under Indian law

  • Misleading, fraudulent, or misrepresented

  • Offensive, obscene, or harmful

  • Violating intellectual property rights of others

  • Promoting tobacco, alcohol, gambling, or restricted services

Kuvonix reserves the right to remove or block listings that violate these rules.

4. Listing Updates and Accuracy

  • Sellers must keep listings current and accurate regarding price, availability, and product details.

  • Kuvonix may edit, suspend, or remove listings that are outdated, duplicate, or inaccurate.

5. Ad and Promotion Rules

  • Paid ads or promoted listings must comply with Kuvonix Advertising Policies.

  • Misleading or spammy promotions are strictly prohibited.

  • Advertisers are responsible for content accuracy and legal compliance.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries.

  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of products or services.

  • Resolve disputes professionally and fairly.

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws in India.

7. Kuvonix Rights

  • Kuvonix may remove, suspend, or edit listings at its discretion.

  • Kuvonix does not guarantee sales, leads, or exposure for any listing.

  • Users must indemnify Kuvonix for any claims arising from their listings.

8. Termination of Listings

  • Listings may be terminated if a user violates this policy, fails to comply with laws, or engages in fraudulent activity.

  • Terminated listings cannot be reinstated without approval from Kuvonix.
