Membership

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals or businesses who wish to buy or sell on Kuvonix Marketplace.
• Members must provide accurate business or personal information during registration.
• Kuvonix reserves the right to verify and approve all membership applications.

2. Membership Duration

• Membership packages are valid for the selected duration (e.g., 6 months) from the date of activation.
• Renewals can be made anytime before or after expiration to continue uninterrupted services.

3. Payment & Taxes

• All paid membership plans are subject to 18% GST as per government regulations.
• Payments must be completed in full before activation of services.
• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of service failure attributable to Kuvonix.

4. Listing & Advertising Policy

• Members can post ads according to their plan limit (e.g., 300 Ads or 600 Ads).
• All listings must comply with Kuvonix’s content and product posting guidelines.
• Kuvonix reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies or contain misleading information.

5. Account Usage

• Each membership account is intended for use by a single individual or business entity.
• Sharing or transferring membership access without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Kuvonix may suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent or unethical activity.

6. Lead Generation & Support

• Leads provided under paid plans are based on marketplace traffic and inquiry volume.
• Kuvonix does not guarantee a specific number of sales or conversions.
• Support is provided via email, chat, or WhatsApp as per the plan level.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• Kuvonix reserves the right to terminate any membership for violation of company policies.
• Members can cancel their plan anytime; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term.

8. Updates to Terms

• Kuvonix may update or modify these terms at any time to ensure fair usage and compliance.
• Members will be notified via email or platform alerts of significant changes.
