A: Simply click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage, enter your basic details, verify your email or phone number, and you’re ready to go.
Q4: Can I have multiple accounts?
A: No. Each user or business is allowed only one account to ensure authenticity and fair usage.
Q5: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it securely.
Q6: How can I list a product or service?
A: After logging in, go to “Post an Ad” or “Create Listing”, fill in your product details, upload clear images, set your price, and publish.
Q7: Are there any restrictions on what I can list?
A: Yes. Items that are illegal, counterfeit, offensive, or restricted by Indian law cannot be listed. Please refer to our Listing Policy for details.
Q8: How long will my listing stay active?
A: Standard listings remain active for 30 days, after which you can renew or upgrade them using a membership plan.
Q9: What payment options are available?
A: You can pay via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets for premium plans and promoted listings.
Q10: Are payments refundable?
A: Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or service non-delivery caused by Kuvonix.

A: No. Sellers are not permitted to use any copyrighted images, logos, or brand names that do not belong to them or are not authorized for use. Doing so may lead to listing removal, account suspension, or legal action.
Q19: How does Kuvonix handle copyright or trademark infringement?
A: Kuvonix follows a strict takedown policy.
If a copyright or trademark owner notifies us of unauthorized use, we may:
Remove or disable access to the infringing listing
Notify the user who posted it
Suspend or terminate the violating account if repeated offenses occur
